ORIGIN
The D.O.Ca Rioja sets 6,500 kg per hectare for red grapes. Between 5% and 10% (depending on the year) allows wine to be placed in the cellar without the right to D.O (until May 31 of the following year). Based on these rules and being a wine exactly the same as our young wine, we take the opportunity to sell it in this way (without label or capsule), since the vast majority is for private consumption.
